By accessing or using ScriptStream AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service only in compliance with applicable law.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for ensuring that any collaborators or end users you authorize also comply with these terms.

Free and paid plans may include usage limits, feature restrictions, or credit caps. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing period.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. We may change pricing or plan features prospectively with reasonable notice.

ScriptStream AI uses third-party and internal systems to generate scripts, outlines, and storyboard content. Generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for every use case, so you are responsible for reviewing and validating it before publication or distribution.

You retain responsibility for the prompts and content you submit, and for how you use any output produced through the service.

You may not use ScriptStream AI to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, abuse payment systems, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or generate unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the platform, other users, or third parties.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features from time to time. We aim to keep ScriptStream AI available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may revise these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after revised terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.

ScriptStream AI is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScriptStream AI and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
