When you upgrade to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We receive billing status, subscription identifiers, and limited customer details needed to manage your plan, but we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

We also collect technical and usage data such as device information, browser type, IP address, pages visited, and feature interactions so we can secure the service, understand product usage, and improve performance.

We use your information to provide the service, authenticate your account, generate scripts and storyboards, process payments, respond to support requests, and send essential transactional messages about your account or subscription.

We may analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve prompt flows, reliability, product decisions, and abuse prevention. We do not sell your personal information.
